The Myth of Cyber-Terrorism
Why bin Laden != /bin/laden
Summary:
In this post-9/11 world, security is seemingly at the fore of every national and political
agenda. But how much of this agenda is grounded in reality and how much is simply buzzword-compliant
sound bites?

This presentation was the Keynote Speech at ToorCon IV, Saturday, September 28th, 2002.
